So, I was noticing that there were horizontal lines going from the bottom to the top of the screen, slowly. It was like the refresh rate was extremely low. At one point, I opened the back of the phone and started moving the cables. I noticed that the LCD cable, even though it looked brand new, stopped the lines when I moved it.

Another issue I noticed was that my phone was restarting. When I shut off my phone, it would restart, and then the screen would stay completely black, although I could hear sounds, so I knew it was on. I had to unplug the battery, unplug all the cables, plug them back in, and that made the phone work. Eventually, I figured out that the LCD cable was the problem, so I ordered one from a company called Fixez. It was only about $10, and that fixed my phone, allowing the screen to show up and work correctly.

Months ago, I had a problem where the phone wouldn't boot up completely. It would just cycle through the Samsung logo. I found online advice to tie two hair ties, one on the power button and one on the volume button, to force reboot it for a while. I left it like that overnight, and it helped fix the problem. In hindsight, it was probably always the LCD cable that was damaged.

The LCD cable looked perfect, but it must have been damaged internally. It might have been damaged when I changed my battery or because I use magnetic car holders, which might have moved the cable inside the phone. I thought it might have been the Samsung UI 6.0 that damaged my phone what it was not it was the physical LCD cable.
Another problem that I was having is that the fingerprint scanner was not working at all he said that it was not available and changing this cable also fix that problem.

By the way there are two cables when you open the back of the phone The LCD cable is the one that runs parallel to your cameras. So the one right below the cameras. Left side.

Some extra information. I have also had an error with the SIM card, also an error where I have absolutely no signal. I believe this error is due to the other cable potentially being damaged I have not changed it yet because it has barely happened.
