I recently got a new Samsung S21+ and can't find how to turn it off. Help please.

Pull down the top menu twice and you will see a power icon nect to the Settings icon (gear) in the top right.

Also, search Settings for "side button" and you can set up the desired function there as well.

Press and hold the side button until the menu appears, then press power off.

New software uses the old power key as a "side" button and you generally activate Bixby instead of the power menu by default now.
It's not ideal, but mostly because it's Bixby and not Google assistant to be honest.

Aye...hence the term default to denote that it defaults to what I said and could be changed (otherwise it wouldn't be the default as there wouldn't be a setting), dude.

If you hold volume down+power for a few seconds, you'll get the power/ reset/ emergency mode menu also.

It's tricky until you change it its both buttons together on the right side go into your settings and change the button functions how you want to work them
