How to remove the accessibility icon from the navigation bar and bring it back to the keyboard list?

Can someone please tell me how to remove the accessibility icon from the navigation bar and bring back the keyboard list?  This happened with this past weekend update and it's driving me crazy.

@Mafalda2022 To remove the icon:

  1. Open Phone settings
  2. Click on Accessibility
  3. Click on Advanced settings
  4. Click on Accessibility button
  5. Click on Select actions
  6. Deselect everything in that list.
