Is anyone else having trouble playing music on the Samsung S21?

On my new S21 I can't play the music they smart switched all my info at the Tmoblie store from my S10, SMH Didn't have a problem with playing music on my S10, but on my new S21 it say failure to play track on track after track, if I known this would happen I would have kept the S10, you would think that the S21 would work better than the S10.

 Samsung Please Fix This ASAP. I need my music

Slowly but surely some tracks stopped playing and now that I looked online I'm not the only one

I've tried 2 different ones and that reads different types of formats and it still doesn't work I'm thinking of deleting all my music and reinstalling from my computer

And I'm using Samsungs music player and it worked on my S10

I just cleared the systems cache and it still doesn't work SMH

It played fine for about a week then slowly but surely a lot of my tracks stopped playing

Samsung music app and I've downloaded 2 other and it still didn't work so I deleted them

have you tried it in the safe mode?
