Keep getting "credentials needed

On my Samsung Galaxy android phone in my settings tab. I think it has to do with texts coming in but not sure. Verizon is my carrier.

Anyone know how to fix this? Tks.

What are you attempting to do when you get this message? Can't tell you how to fix it if we don't know what you are doing and which setting you are in. Screenshots, if possible, would be nice.
