Latest update resulting in extreme slowness

Since the last update, my phone has been unbearable slow.  When I tap IMDB, the app will load, but it is at least 5 minutes before any data is displayed.  The same is true if I open a browser, refresh my email, open telegram or any other app.....

.....the device is little more than a brick that takes phone calls at this point.  Not even text messages comes through.

How can I fix this?

If you haven't already, reboot to the Recovery screen and run Wipe Cache Partition and then Repair Apps

Same Here. My Samsung Galaxy A02 Has Been EXTREMELY SLOW Since Last System Update. Also, Freezing, Or While Playing A Game Or Just In An App, For Instance Facebook, It Just Shuts Its Self Out & Back To The Home Screen... Even Going Into Chrome. It's Just A Blank Page. DOES NOTHING. What Is Going On?!
