Losing service network connection after UI 7 update

After the 7 ui update, my phone keeps losing connection to service network. I have a circle with a slash symbol. Then it goes to emergency calls only. It'll connection to network briefly then it loses it.

I don't know what else to do, I try so many things even reset the device thing I hate because I lost pic say pro, a month into this no solution. My phone always have this 🚫 for cellular service.

Same problem on my s23 ultra. GSM network sopped working after an update. Wi-Fi and BT still works. Tried esim, sim, changing operator, wipe cache, allow/disallow 2g, limit to 3g,4g, reinstalling the firmware and even downgrading the firmware (which did not work). samsung you lots a customer

Yes it's absolutely ridiculous and I ended up having to chuck off my S22 ultra 2months ago after I updated to the OneUI 7 OS.

I lost signal on my s22 ultra about a week or 2 after the update. I tried all means to rectify it: I changed my sim and network provider, cleared cache, reset mobile network settings and even did A FACTORY RESET TWICE on the phone!!! It was all absolute rubbish! I get stranded while commuting as I lost signal when I need to navigate. I couldn't make nor receive calls unless I am connected to a WiFi. It was an horrible experience.

I just got an S23 ultra which thankfully has the old software version. I have been getting prompts from samsung to update my software again..like that's ever gonna happen.

The issue is with the physical antenna and the new software update causing a corruption between them. The only way to fix it is to roll back the update which you need a degree in astrophysics to do. I had two other people I was conversing on other forms and they both did it. But they lost any security features that were included in the update

After updating my S22 Ultra to one ui 7 android 15 , I have a problem with the network connection.

The network is completely disconnecting and goes into emergency mode, or it loses the antenna altogether. This is VERY BAD UPDATE. WE NEED TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!

I had a bad feeling about this update and pushed it off for as long as I could. I just woke up to a broken service connection for my S21.

If anyone is in need of a temporary fix for calls and texts, turn on Wi-fi calling. I've been at least able to communicate that way but it's unreal that my phone does not currently work as a phone.

Seeing everyone else's struggles it's looking like I might need a new phone altogether? That's absolutely crazy and not in my budget right now...
