I just updated my phone on 9/22/24 to the OneUI version 6.1 version number in screenshot and as soon as I did I lost all my service. Now ATT tells me I have to get a new phone to fix the problem. What's going on???!

Have you tried resetting your network connections, including cellular? Have you run a diagnostic on the phone? Of course AT&T would rather you buy a new phone than try to troubleshoot. It's an older phone, you have no warranty and probably no insurance, so a replacement is not in the cards.

The Sim card works when they put it in another phone.. but for my phone with thr samsung update it broke up.

Is it possible to do a rollback to my previous software version?

Which is why you should try resetting the network connections. What have you got to lose? Obviously something got twisted with the update. Unfortunately you cannot roll back an update unless you previously made a backup to an external device. The auto update will just come back anyway.

Thanks I just reset my network settings. But nothing has changed. Still can't connect.

Factory reset the device, I would backup you data to the cloud first.

I have lost ability to make and receive calls on ATT. FULL reset was done and no help ATT says there is a fix coming out for this. I lost my ability this past Saturday.

The exact same thing has happened to me after updating a couple days ago. Mobile Network reset, re-seating SIM, soft and hard resets, nothing has fixed. Is there anything you can expand on when you say AT&T has a fix coming? A timeline or anything?
