Galaxy S21I just updated my phone on 9/22/24 to the OneUI version 6.1 version number in screenshot and as soon as I did I lost all my service. Now ATT tells me I have to get a new phone to fix the problem. What's going on???!

Galaxy S21The Sim card works when they put it in another phone.. but for my phone with thr samsung update it broke up.
Is it possible to do a rollback to my previous software version?

Galaxy S21The exact same thing has happened to me after updating a couple days ago. Mobile Network reset, re-seating SIM, soft and hard resets, nothing has fixed. Is there anything you can expand on when you say AT&T has a fix coming? A timeline or anything?
