My S21 slightly vibrates when picking up the phone?

Anyone know why after receiving android 13 my S21 now vibrate slightly upon picking the phone up? I know it does that when you have missed calls or messages notifications but I don't have any of that and it's still vibrating when I pick it up.

Try rebooting into recovery mode, clearing the cache, and then running the repair apps option. Your phone will restart after. Test it out. LMK if this helps! GL!

You're sure that the smart alert feature is in fact, turned off?
