My SM-G991U doesn't have the November Update

I Recently bought the device and I had to manually update to October using a pc but I don't really want to have keep doing it anymore. How can I get it to show it has the update. I changed log shows it has gotten the update.

The November updates are rolling out now. As usuual, carrier dependent.

When I got the phone it had one ui 6 and march update and it still didn't show the update

When you got the phone, it was just turned on and put into service. Any updates that were missing at that point should have loaded, and each subsequent one should have come down at the appropriate time. When did you acquire the phone? If it was in October, then that update may have encompassed all the in between ones. The October update came out very late in October and the November update is rolling out now. Updates come through your carrier, so you should contact them.

I bought the phone on Amazon refurbished about 2 weeks ago and put my sim in it still said it had no update even though it had an update from March on it.

After looking up my imei the phone is a t mobile phone that I use on Verizon

I seen somewhere you can buy a phone unlocked through a carrier and It must have been the case I didn't know what it was when I bought it other then it was unlocked
