We believe since last update we are not receiving notifications from our other apps. Examples are, no notifications from credit cards and emails unless we go to the specific app then a notification appears. However, this doesn't happen to all apps, strange.
First check to see if the App has been either put to Sleep or Deep Sleep and also check the Apps Battery Settings to make sure it is not set to Restricted
