My Samsung S21 Plus is stuck on One UI 5.1, and I checked if my device is compatible for One UI 6, and it is. But I'm not receiving the One UI 6 update. I've tried Samsung Smart Switch, but my chromebook doesn't support it. I do not want to do a factory reset or anything that gets rid of my app data. Any help?
