One ui 4.1 update on s21 ultra causes home button and back button to not work

Well I recently updated to one ui 4.1 and I cannot use the home or back button. It was working perfectly fine before the update.

Settings> Apps> Mobile Services Manager> Storage> clear cache and clear data

Same on Note 20 Ultra. Completely useless home and back buttons. Home app/launchers don't work. Apps don't work properly.

Have cleared cache and reset apps, but no change. Unbeliveable.
