Restore messages

I accidentally erased a conversation in my messsage app, the trash setting says it keeps messages for 30 days, how do I access the trash folder. Anybody have any ideas how I can recover an erased conversation.

Go to Samsung My Files》 Scroll down 》 Analyze Storage 》 Scroll down to Trash 》 Restore your messages
