S21 incoming calls go directly to voice mail

Can you verify block all calls or do not disturb is enabled

Have you contacted your carrier? Most of these issues are on the carrier side. Unless you have do not disturb or call forwarding on.  Do you have wi-fi calling on to compensate for bad cell connection?
