S21 no longer able to connect to wifi router

I am having an issue with my phone being unable to connect with my wifi router at home. NOT the apps on the phone but the phone itself cannot connect to the router since Saturday 8/10 after Samsung did some sort of OTA download, drop or whatever it is called. I have done every troubleshooting tip given several times to infinity. I have spoken with my service providers for my phone service as well as my internet service and neither knew of any issues and could not find any. My phone is the only device having this issue amongst other family member's devices. Does anyone have a solution other than removing my previous post and threatening me with being blocked from being able to share. Samsung's moderator gave a link that didn't have anything to do with my issue it wasn't even the same type of device and the solution was for apps only which isn't my issue.

I am confused when you say the apps can connect but the phone cannot. Is it that you can connect cellular data(internet provided by your cellphone carrier and sent via cell towers) Or is it that the phone won't connect to Wi-Fi ( Wireless internet in your home provided by your internet service provider sent through the home via a access point it being either a gateway or a Wi-Fi router hooked up via ethernet to a dedicated modem?

The apps connect due to the cellular data on my phone. It is extremely slow even though I don't live in an rural area. I live in Tampa Florida but in the area where I live everyone's data moves slow which is why we opted to have wifi from the cable company.

Heeeeey luckily it's not Brighthouse anymore it's Spectrum now but they're not any better at all. 🤭😁

And yes we have a router provided via the cable company.

I have the same problem. My phone hasn't been wanting to work when wifi is on. Cellular data works fine though.

It sucks because this all started Saturday and on my other post a guy was trying to help me and said Samsung probably sent some updates OTA which I didn't realize they did. Everyone in here is smiling and surfing but me. 😢

Does your SSID show up at all?

Put it in airplane mode for a minute to reset your radios on your phone. Also unplug your router for a minute or so to reset it.
