Hi,

Got my phone yesterday from Globe Philippines. I was just checking the camera for like 5mins that i noticed this phone gets very .I immediately googled and check this site found the same issue with other users. Can anyone provide concrete advice on what to do? This phone is too expensive to have this kind of issue just a day after receiving the unit.

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. If your phone is getting too warm to touch, repairs would be recommended in order to have the technicians evaluate the device. Regrettably, support for non-US models is very limited. You can use the following link to reach out for support in your region: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
