Can anyone help me I recently switched back to my s21 ultra and it seems to be stuck on Android 12 with no updates available. Phone is paid off and unlocked.
My s22 ultra did the same thing it would not update to one UI 6 by itself I just had to download the Samsung computer program and then hook my phone up and update it that way edit: the program was Samsung smart switch
I have the same problem with S21 5G and my phone is Android 13 One UI 5.1 and when I check for update from my device tell me you are up to date and I also did with smart switch on my pc but again there is no new update.
