Galaxy S21Recently when I turned on Health for a daily ride and touched the lock indicator that switches to a black screen showing a variety of data points I found about half of that screen was taken up by a map of my route that I've ridden for years. Needless to say this is completely useless and, worse than that, several of the data points were eliminated to make space for the map. I also see no way to get rid of this. Does Samsung ever think to ask users before making a change of this magnitude? Is there any way to get rid of the map? Have they considered making such changes optional rather than just imposing them on every one? Having use this app for years I'm regularly frustrated by changes such as this or the ones that break part of the app rendering it useless until the next update.

Galaxy S21You can just swipe to the left and get the full screen of your data points without the map. I don't bike, but I just started the workout and locked the screen and saw what you are talking about - then I swiped to the left and it brought a whole other screen with those data points and more--and no map. P.S. some people like the map, but for those that don't, just switch screens. There are actually three screens you can scroll to depending on what you want to see. Something for everyone.

Galaxy S21Many thanks. One wonders why Samsung does not include a "What's new" file with every update. Other companies certainly do. Ron

Galaxy S21I actually don't remember whether I accidentally swiped, thus revealing the other pages, or first noticed the dots, indicating other pages. But you are right. They put up all these annoying health "tips" that no one wants, which means the ability to put in "your app was updated, to see what's new, click the activity you want to see new features".
