Galaxy S21
After updating my S21 to the latest software version (11/20), my screen keeps glitching and turning black. It happens most when unlocking, receiving calls/texts, or when getting app notifications. It will eventually stay black and take a few minutes before it flicks back on. I have tried restarting, running diagnostics, and using safe mode. So far nothing helps.

Hi, Try wiping the cache partition to see if that helps. It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. It clears unnecessary files, some of which may be corrupt.
Follow the steps below, If you wish to go ahead:
Clear the cache partition
- Turn the phone off ( shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.
