Screenshot toolbar gone

I got the November update for my S21 and the toolbar at the bottom decided it wanted to disappear. Is it removed?

Screenshot toolbar wasn't removed.

Check Settings > Advanced Features > Screenshots and screen recording. Make sure the toolbar is turned on

You can take a screenshot by pressing your volume up button and your power button at the same exact time.
