I've been trying to open the secure folder but everytime I put in my password, my phone crashes completely and keeps restarting constantly. It doesn't stop restarting till I reset my phone by holding down both volume buttons and the on/off button. I don't wanna lose what's in the folder by uninstalling the app. I already deleted the cache but nothing worked.
