Software Update issue

Dear Samsung, My mobile Galaxy s21 ultra can't get update since September 2022. I am facing many deffulties since 11 months. My mobile is US model. Now I'm live in India. In Indian region I can't get any update please solve my problem. Mobile is not updated.

Try using smartswitch. If there is an update available it should tell you one is available and ask to update.

@Shubham Bhardwaj  This can be frustrating. The local carrier is responsible for loading the SW update onto their update servers. Since a carrier in India isn't likely to add firmware for a US device to their update server, you aren't seeing the update. 

As @Tidbitty mentioned, Smart switch might work for you.
