To high resolution for sending photos

I can't send pictures thru an email,  it comes back saying it's to high resolution.  I can't send my pics to my Walgreen app because it says the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Edit the size try that you can edit colors,size

Click on the picture then tap on the pencil icon then 3 dots top right corner you will see resize.

Upload to Google Photos, create a share link and you can send pics and videos via text and email in full resolution without a lot of compression and file size limits.
