Galaxy S21
Why do system updates take so long to push to unlocked models? I'm on aS21+ G996U factory unlocked and still haven't received the August update yet here we are on the back half of the month. I've been feeling more and more tempted to swap to a Pixel these days.
Unrelated question, I feel like a few updates ago I have issues with wireless changing and my USB-C connections. That could be the battery or daughterboard though.

Galaxy S21@adamjeremy Samsung releases the updates. The carrier approves the update for their customers and places the update on their update servers. This is true for unlocked and carrier locked devices.
So depending on your carriers priorities, the latest update for a 3.5 yr old model may take a little while.

That is understandable. I wish the middleman was kind of cut out. Like Samsung working with play services to provide faster patches and such seems to make more sense but I can see where the trouble with that lies as well
