If it's still not downloading, your best bet is to send an error report via the 'Support' tab right here in the app. This way the devs can see the logs and fix the bug faster. Good luck!
Voicemail isn't a Samsung feature so the support tab wouldn't help they have to contact the Carrier since they are the only ones with access to Voicemail settings.
