Visual Voicemail gets stuck on screen for 15 mins

Visual voicemail stuck here for 15 minutes after I clocked the setup button....

@Hollycb12 Voicemail is a service provided by your carrier. You could try closing the app and restarting. Over even rebooting the phone. But if you continue to have issues you probably should check with your carrier.

Thank you, it stays on this screen indefinitely after multiple attempts and restarts. I will take this issue to my carrier.
