Galaxy S21I need to install the Samsung Voicemail app on my phone (the little green icon). I bought an unlocked S21 Ultra 5g (to replace my phone, which was the SAME model). The Voicemail (*86) is working just fine. But there is no Samsung Voicemail Icon on the phone.
It is not hidden or locked off my Home Screen. It does not exist in the App drawer. My carrier does not provide an app for Android (only iPhone). This app WAS PRESENT and working on my old Samsung (and every Samsung I have ever pwned). I did not change carriers.
There is no Samsung Voicemail app available in the Google Play Store. There is no Samsung Voicemail app available in the Samsung Store. I have scoured this website, Google, YouTube, and called my carrier. For whatever reason, this phone was shipped without the app on the phone.
Any solution to reload it? (I see at least one other user on this Help Forum with the same problem, but no solution was presented. Do I really have to return this phone???

Galaxy S21To access 'voicemail' simply open the phone app that you are using, then press and hold the '1' key.
'Visual Voicemail' is a carrier specific feature, so if they are saying they don't offer it for your phone, then it just isn't available, I'm sorry.

Galaxy S21I am not trying to use my carrier's visual voicemail. My carrier does not provide a visual voicemail app for Android, according to them.
I am trying to use what I believe to be the Samsung Visual Voicemail App. It is a green icon with the old "tape" record sort of drawing on it.
It has existed on every Samsung I have ever owned. It worked on my old Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g last week, but I just replaced that phone with the same model and the app no longer is resident on the phone and I cannot see how to load it again.
I have been a Samsung owner for at least a decade. I have been with this carrier for at least five years. I have been able to access my voicemail with an app (rather than the old-school *86) for perhaps even 15 years. I cannot see why it isn't on this Samsung.
Any ideas? Thank you.

Galaxy S21What is the model number of your device?
If it is not a US model you will not be able to get the visual voicemail app.

Galaxy S21It is a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra 5G. I bought the same phone model as I had before, hoping to avoid any problems by just sticking with what I know works. I bought it on Back Market (where I had bought the previous one as well), but perhaps that is the issue.

Galaxy S21LOL, no, BackMarket - the website. New and Refurb'd phones. I've bought several phones from their site and (almost) always had great luck.
