Wallpaper zooms out then in when opening apps

With May 16th update I noticed when I open a app my wallpaper that I downloaded from the galaxy store a while ago zooms out then in when I close the app. I don't remember that happening before or am I crazy.

My s22 just got the one ui 6.1 update and it does this now too, but yeah your right it didnt do this before

Okay so I'm not crazy. I went into everything setting I can think of to see if I can change it but no luck. Thanks for responding

Yeah I really don't like how it zooms, I hope theres a way to change it

It did this before, it just wasn't anywhere near as noticeable. They seemed to have increased the intensity of the effect in 6.1.
