Galaxy S21Have you tried the obvious and oft recommended troubleshooting steps?
1. Reboot the phone and see if that clears things up. If it does not, try the next step.
2. Boot the phone into recovery mode and wipe the cache partition. Power down the phone. Restart the phone by holding the power button and the volume up keys simultaneously. When Samsung Galaxy logo appears on the screen, let go of the power button, and hold the volume up button for a second longer. The phone should start in recovery mode, where you will have a menu of options, one of which will be "wipe cache partition". Use the volume buttons to navigate to that option and then select it by pressing the power button. You will then get a warning that it cannot be undone and asking if you are sure; use the volume buttons to navigate to "yes" and press the power button to select. It will take about 2 seconds to complete and then then "reboot phone" will be highlighted. Tap the power key to reboot. Check to see if that solved your problem. (If you cannot power down the phone because it won't accept your password, you can force reboot it by holding down the power and volume down key--you will have to switch to the power up key as the phone is in the reboot process). If it did not solve your issue, then
3. Make sure you have a current backup of your phone and follow step 2 to factory reset your phone and then restore your backup.
If none of that works, you will have to contact Samsung to find a repair center near you and have the phone checked out.
