After the last update the S22 started draining fast and takes forever to charge

The battery in my S22 star draining fast and takes forever to charge after the last samsung update, yet diagnostic says the battery is ok. Anybody with the same problem

See if this procedure helps any by clearing the "cache partition." This can help resolve any performance or battery issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data. 

Follow the steps below,

Clear the cache partition
- shut the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.

Thanks. I saw your post in the community and tried it. Unfortunately it didn't work for me.

I actually tried it 3 times. The first two, the battery drained so it won't reboot. The third time, I did it with the phone plugged in. It rebooted but the result was the same. The battery drained in less than 5 minutes of use. Thanks anyway.

Yes i have the same problem and I posted it here but I noticed it was gone when I looked for my post the next day and I also did the clear cache and I think it kind of worked but I'm not too sure

It looks like there are tons of complaints about the boot loop on S22 all flavors on the international community. I had mine bricked, and after a local shop unsuccessful attempt, the Samsung Care folks decided to replace the device. I was about 90 days left of the 3 years.
