Apps aren't working over wifi

Hello, some of my apps are not working over wifi and google also not working over wifi, 

I've tried everything clear cache , change Mac address from randomize to phone Mac, once it worked but now nothing is working

Hey have you gone into Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Mobile and Network Settings

I had a very similar issue a couple weeks back and after doing that everything seemed to go back to normal. Hope it helps.

**This causes you to lose any Wi-Fi passwords that may have been saved as well.

Thanks for helping, but it didn't work for me plus I've lost all saved wifi passwords. I only did wifi and Bluetooth reset not mobile network reset
