Why is my screen recordings blurry when I try to post on social media or send through text messages

It could be your connection. Does this occur on all social media apps or just a select few? Have you tried using cellular data and wifi or different combinations like wifi only versus cell data only? Sometimes, apps have upload quality preferences within their settings try searching the settings of the social media apps for quality like preferences. Clear cache of the apps. Also, do certain social media apps allow screen recording would be my thought as to a blurry screen, but I'm not sure.

It is the size of the original file.  Social Media apps have a set size limit, and will reduce your posts/media accordingly to fit within this size.
