Call Recording with One ui7 and don't have the options to disable or remove features

Just updated my S22, I now have call recording which I Don't Want! You can't remove it!! I paid for my phone, I should be able to disable or remove features. I went back and read the update info provided by Samsung and this feature is not listed as part of the upgrade. From reading the other notes even the S25 has it. Samsung NEEDS TO FIX THIS NOW!

I am so angry 😠 😡 Samsung has pulled a big one on it's customers! I called customer service 4 times today and they hung up on me in the middle of the conversation THREE times! The last guy told me there will be a new update in about 2 weeks that will revert it back to not recording any calls! Android updates always screw my phones settings up! 😒

You were probably yelling and/or cursing at the poor CS reps.  They have the right to hang up on customers who mistreat them. Also, CS reps have no power to change any software and are not responsible for the programming/features of your phone.

It's only an option in the Samsung dialer, as far as I know. If you don't want to record a call, don't press the button. Your other option is to use a different dialer, like Google Phone.

I hit the button when I'm talking to someone, and it's annoying. Please give a toggle to turn it off ASAP

When you start a phone call press the home screen button so you don't accidentally press it.

Don't press the button.

I like this feature, so when I call service centers I can record them, just like they record me.
