Chat Translate not allow Dutch translation

Hello, I can chat translate Italian, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese but no other languages even if they are downloaded. I need to translate Dutch, but it will only translate languages that are in the drop down menu and it won't allow me to add any other language on the drop down. 

Anyone with the same issue? I leave the translation on Auto, but still nothing.

Dutch (Nederlands) is not supported on the S22 for the North American market.
