Dark mode themes and display modes.

Why is it that dark mode themes does not show in notifications and dial pad? And when you change to light mode, theme shows up, but everything else is in light mode display, including chrome.

Most developers did not design their themes for dark mode. If you read the description of the theme, they even tell you that.
