Having troubles installing the security update for November 2022

Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me? I just had to do a whole factory reset

Hello! You can use Smart Switch to update your device by using the following steps.

 

To update, connect the mobile device to the computer with the USB cable.

Open Smart Switch on your computer.

If a software update is available for your device, Smart Switch automatically prompts you to update.

 

If you're still not able to update your device and there is an update available I would suggest taking the device to a certified technician, so they can reflash the device. 

 

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html  I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello! I can absolutely see how not being able to download new updates can be frustrating. Did the factory data reset solve the issue or are you still unable to download the November security update?
