How to change phone background?

I am not able to change the background on my samsung s22

Hello, thank you for your feedback. 

Clear your device cache partition by turning off your device, then holding the power and volume up button together, use the volume down button to select clear partition, and then your device will restart

Touch and hold any spot on your lock screen 

 Select Wallpapers, then tap Gallery

 Navigate to and select your desired picture, tap Done to see the preview of your wallpaper

To change your call background:

Open the phone app

Select Settings 

Select Call background and choose your desired background
