How to change tone for incoming emails?

I'm guessing it was the last update that changed my settings. I have a galaxy S22+ from T Mobile. My ringtone for my incoming emails was changed. I can't find the setting to change it back to what I had. If I go into settings to notifications it gives me a page with 3 boxes, all you can do is turn each box on or off. Nothing for ringtones.

You need to open phone settings 

Notifications 

Advanced Settings 

Manage notifications categories for each app

toggle on

now return to your screenshot and you will have the options to change the sounds

Look at the pic, that's all I get after clicking on notifications. There is no advanced settings in there.

Not the app notification settings.
Go to the device settings and follow his instructions

I found it! You were partially right. I didn't pay attention to the name of the setting but I found by accident a setting was turned off. I turned it on and now the advanced settings were showing. I was able to change the ringtone. Why that setting was suddenly off I have no idea. Thanks for your help everyone!
