Contact Verizon's customer center when unlocking is not released They contacted the customer center of Verizon Telecom and said they unlocked it, and the actual phone keeps saying network lock, but in this case, isn't the phone a problem? In this case, does Samsung change the alternative cell phone? If so, please let me know what other solutions are.

If the phone is carrier locked than it's a carrier issue not samsung you maybe able to unlock in the connection network setting otherwise need to contact verizon
