On my Galaxy S22 faint icons appear at top of screen in background, freeze phone, then they go away after maybe 10 seconds and can use phone but keep reappearing. The icons are Recent, Home, Back and then below those Screen Off, Volume, Screenshots. Thank you.
It sounds like you accidentally enabled the accessibility menu shortcut if you go into your open your settings menu go to accessibility , then interaction and dexterity, then assistant menu and disable it
