Just got a pre-owned S22 - Volume control is wierd

I just got an s22 and I found when testing several that the top speaker seems to be quite low. Is this the case for s22s?

Also, why does the volume control on the s22 act weird, lowering ringtone volume lowers system and notification volume?? Why is that a thing, I want system sound but want my phone to vibrate and not have a ringtone.

Is this phone just not working properly?

Could be a issue with the phone or speaker not working right

Try cleaning it out? Lint and dirt block speakers so easily.
There is also a setting to control media volume instead of phone volume.
