Yes the S22 should get the full release of One UI the beta for the S24's will start rolling out hopefully soon and then the full release starting around Jan or Feb with the S25's and then spread to older models.

No, no one knows when it will be released since it has to go through the beta process I do know the first phone to get the full release will be the S25's so expect it sometime after that

I know everyone is dying to get it currently everyone with the S23-24's - Folds and Flip 5-6 are waiting for the beta to start which hopefully will starts sometime this month hopefully

Yes, it will likely come sometime after March of next year, but keep a lookout for beta testing. To try it sooner than officially release
