You can't. That is exclusive to Samsung Wallet. If you want to use Google Wallet, I suggest putting it's icon either on the quick launch bar or in one of corners on your lock screen (you will still have to unlock the phone to use it. You can remove the Samsung Wallet quick access panel by going into the app, selecting the "all" tab at the bottom and then the 3-dot menu at the top right, going to settings/quick access and turning off all the sliders.
