Phone turning off by itself after update

Could it be that you have Auto optimization option enabled in device care?

Thankfully mine doesn't do that as I have an s22 Ultra as well

In the 2½ years I've had this phone I never had any issues at all until the August update. Mine started freezing and occasionally restarting. I tried all the troubleshooting tips and had no luck. I thought the September update would rectify the issues, but my phone is still freezing and force closing apps. It hasn't restarted in the past few days, so I guess that's a plus.

I've been having this problem most of the year. Before the first factory reset, I figured out all of my Samsung apps (to include the native phone apps like Settings) were the ones that were crashing. After the first factory reset, I found out my backup settings weren't working either. I ended up doing a factory reset again about 3 weeks ago. I cleared all of the devices out of my Samsung account, and only logged back into Samsung after the phone was set up. I still have occasions where an app or the Process System crashes, but nothing remotely close to as bad as it was originally.
