Prevent certain notifications from being swiped/removed?

After the update, I sometimes accidentally remove certain notifications that are supposed to be persistent like my active routines and from 2 other apps I have, before they would stay no matter what, but it's annoying whenever I swipe away the wrong one by accident, and then I have to bring it back by opening and closing the app a few times.

So is there a new feature that helps with this like locking certain ones? The feature within the NotiStar plugin doesn't work because I can still swipe them away so I dunno if it's only referring to the ones stored within it.

Edit: Found someone else taking about it https://i.redd.it/yvq0w0y4jx1c1.jpg

I would also like to know if this feature is still available. I can't find it either on my S22 ultra.

Yeah I also Don't like the amount of touch sensitivity in the notifications. Like if I'm trying to scroll through and if my finger so much as slightly moves to the side as I'm scrolling up or down the notification gets swiped away when I lift my finger off.
