Do you have a video as your wallpaper ???

You can't have a video as your Lock Screen wallpaper or the Lock Screen option on Auto Rotate will be grayed out.

My AOD rotates. First you have to go to the quick panel, long press on the auto rotate icon and turn the lock screen slider on. Then when you are on the lock screen, rotate the phone. The AOD only rotates from the lock screen. After the screen times out, or you press the side key, the AOD remains rotated. I cant take a screen shot of the rotated AOD because the screen turns on as soon as I try., but here's the rotated lock screen. If your lock screen rotate slider is greyed out, it might, for some reason, be disabled by your carrier, sltjough I can't imagine why Or, as someone said, if you have video on yourAOD, it might be disallowed. Try taking the video off (if that's the case) and see see if that changes.1731631530931.jpg
