I can't say for sure, but it's odds-on that the One UI 6.1.1 update on my S22 Ultra has caused Google Play System Updates to stall...just like they did following the One UI 6.0 update. I noticed this the first time around September 22, 2024 just randomly checking to see if they might be behind. This past week I checked again and the latest September update had not been updated either.
I saw an AndroidCentral article about the same issue on the Z Fold 6 this morning.
