Hello All

I opened my Samsung game launcher today and to my surprise there was a crossword game amongst all the others. I never downloaded it on any of my devices. I uninstalled it and not long after there was a sudoku game within the games. I'm not sure if this is a Samsung game launcher issue or play store issues so I'm hoping someone might have some ideas as to why this is happening. Thank you in advanced.

Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out to the community with your inquiry regarding the Game launcher. The first thing I personally can think of is if you have the same Samsung account being used on different devices perhaps another person is downloading the applications, and that's the reason they are appearing there. However,  If this is not the case, I would recommend what @TwoInchesUnder stated, and submit an error report through the Samsung Members app. Make sure when you do submit the report you have recreated the issue. Here are the steps to submit an error report:

  1. Long press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
  2. Tap OK on the agreement popup for sending system log data.
  3. Select the Symptom category.
  4. Describe the problem in detail and SEND.
